By accessing and using the TCF Canada Exam Preparation Platform ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Platform.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to:

• Educational materials, exercises, and stories
• Audio recordings and transcripts
• Practice questions and exam simulations
• Graphics, logos, and design elements
• Software code and functionality

is the exclusive property of Biban Kahlon and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. All rights are reserved.

3. License and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, educational purposes only. You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or branding

4. User Accounts

Each account is for individual use only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Subscription Terms:

• Monthly subscription is $29.99 CAD per month
• Payment is processed automatically each month via Stripe
• Your subscription will automatically renew until canceled
• You will receive full access to all Platform features during your subscription period

Cancellation Process:

• To cancel your subscription, you must contact Biban Kahlon directly through the Platform's admin panel or email
• Cancellation requests will be processed within 24-48 hours
• Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to the Platform until the end of your paid period

Refund Policy:

• All subscription payments are non-refundable
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription period
• Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle

6. Privacy and Data

7. Disclaimer

This Platform is designed to help you prepare for the TCF Canada exam. However, we make no guarantees about exam results. The content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Your success depends on your individual effort and preparation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Biban Kahlon and the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.

9. Modifications
